User guide

There are 5 different basic seating plans. Example: If there are 120 of you, use the template for 112 guests and add a table and 8 chairs. If there is a big difference between the size of your group and the templates, select the larger template as it is easier to remove any excess tables.

Too many tables?
Hold down Delete as you click on the table, chair or text you wish to remove. Alternatively, use the mouse to drag one table at a time below the seating plan.

Need more tables or chairs?
At the bottom you will find extra tables and chairs. Simply drag one table or chair at a time onto the seating plan.

Need to change the angle of a table, chair or text?
Hold down the Alt button while using the mouse to click.
